The Florida Redevelopment Association (FRA) provided all members with a memo summarizing HB 7013 - Special Districts, which could have a direct impact on Florida CRAs. The memo offers some interesting information about the 2024 Legislative Session as a whole and then indicates the sections of HB 7013 that are relevant. It has been attached for your information. Also attached is a copy of the bill as filed.

Every year, CRA staff apprises Agency members of any potential bills that have an impact on the CRA. This assists the FRA provide timely advocacy if necessary, during the legislature session.
