This Fine Reduction Stipulation and Agreed Recommended Order involves a parcel located at 1476 NW PINE LAKE DRIVE, STUART, FL 34994, Martin County, Florida.
On September 18, 2019, a Stipulation and Agreed Final Order was issued by the Code Enforcement Magistrate to COASTLOVE PROPERTIES LLC, for the following violation(s): Section 105.1 FBC- Permits - Permits When Required Incorporated by Sec 21.1 General Ordinances, Martin County Code.
Compliance was required by November 29, 2019. On August 23, 2023, an Affidavit of Compliance/Accrued Fines was issued reflecting an outstanding fine of $ 136,300.00.
Staff has determined that a lien reduction is warranted. The Respondent were responsible for the violation; and they brought the property into compliance and have offered to pay $13,630.00 to resolve the outstanding fines which have accrued.
