BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

The County received a public records request directed at Ms. Konz in her capacity as a member of the Port Salerno Neighborhood Advisory Committee. While Ms. Konz produced responsive records to the public records request, she has failed, after numerous attempts by the County Attorney's Office, to certify that all responsive records to the public records request have been produced. This is in violation of the County's Public Records Policy and applicable State Law.
