This Fine Reduction Stipulation and Agreed Recommended Order involves a parcel located at 1370 NW BRITT ROAD LOT 8, STUART, FL 34994, Martin County, Florida.
On February 19, 2020, a Stipulation and Agreed Final Order was issued by the Code Enforcement Magistrate to PAMELA TOMASKO, for the following violation(s): Section 105.1 FBC- Permits - Permits When Required Incorporated By Sec 21.1 General Ordinances, Martin County Code.
Compliance was required by April 30, 2020. On February 7, 2024, an Affidavit of Compliance/Accrued Fines was issued reflecting an outstanding fine of $ 112,300.00. The respondent did pay $400.00 in administrative cost at the time of signing the Stipulation Agreement.
Staff has determined that a lien reduction is warranted. Respondent was responsible for the violation; and brought the property into compliance and have offered to pay $3,369.00 to resolve the outstanding fines which have accrued. In addition, staff has considered the $33,690.00 assessed value of the property.
