Fine Reduction Request Groves 14, LLC:
This Fine Reduction Stipulation and Agreed Recommended Order involves a parcel located at 4384 SE Santa Barbara Terrace, Martin County, Florida.
On December 20,2011, a Stipulation and Agreed Final Order was issued by the Code Enforcement Magistrate to GROVES 14, LLC, for the following violation(s): Section 105.1 FBC - Permits When Required Incor. By Sec 21.1 General Ordinances, Martin County Code.
On March 21, 2012 an Amended Stipulation and Agreed Final Order was issued to Groves 14, LLC. adding additional time. On June 13, 2012, a Second Amended Stipulation and Agreed Final order was again issued to Groves 14, LLC for addition time once again. On November 6, 2012 a Third Stipulation and Agreed Final Order was issued granting a final extension of time.
Compliance was required by February 1, 2013. On April 22, 2024, an Affidavit of Compliance/Accrued Fines was issued reflecting an outstanding fine of $ 156,400.00.
Discovery Hobe Sound Investors, LLC are the Current Owners of the property. Pursuant to a Special Warranty Deed recorded in Official Records Book 3402, Page 1730, Martin County, Florida Public Records, Respondent has no remaining interest in the property.
