On May 20, 2009, an Order Finding Violation was issued by the Code Enforcement Magistrate to Milton R. Lyens, JR, for the following violation(s): Section 21.99 Accessory Structures, General Ordinances, Martin County Code, Section 91.34.A- Generally Inoperable Vehicles, General Ordinances, Martin County Code, Section 3.11 Permitted Uses, Martin County Land Development Regulations.
