The subject property is a ±167-acre property located east of Interstate-95 and south of SW Martin Highway. It is adjacent to the Martingale Commons Planned Unit Development (PUD). The 167 acres previously received site plan approval and plat approval as a subdivision of Agricultural and Agricultural Ranchette lots called Martingale Estates.
