AIPP - ARTS FEST 2025 RECAP

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:executive summary

The Martin County Art in Public Places (AIPP) program participated in ArtsFest on February 8 and 9, 2025, engaging the community through an informative and interactive booth. Attendees learned about the program’s mission, history, and processes, as well as opportunities for public participation. Additionally, select pieces from the County’s public art inventory were showcased through interactive signage. Attendees could scan QR codes to access the location and detailed information of each piece on the virtual tour available on the County’s website.

A key highlight of this year’s participation was sponsoring a live painting experience in celebration of Martin County’s centennial. Participating artists created murals envisioning what Martin County might look like 100 years from now, fostering creativity and community engagement.

Noehmi Lopez, Community Development Specialist, will present a recap of the event.
