BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
On May 24, 2016, the Board of County Commissioners entered into a Retainer Agreement with Paul Nicoletti, Esq. for Magistrate services. At this time, the Building Department is requesting to amend the retainer to raise the hourly rate for services from $100.00 per hour to $200.00 per hour.
