BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
The FAA is seeking to lease 100 square feet of space in the Airport Traffic Control Tower at Martin County Airport/Witham Field to house antenna and associated electronic equipment necessary for the operation of the National Airspace System.
1. Instrument Prepared by: Federal Aviation Administration.
2. Parties to the Instrument: U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration and Martin County Board of County Commissioners.
3. Purpose: Housing of equipment necessary antenna and associated electronic equipment for the operation of the National Airspace System, enhancement of Airport operations, and continuation of Grant Assurances.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: Twenty (20) years; Oct. 1, 2024 through Sept. 30, 2044.
6. Benefits to Martin County: Enhancement of Airport operations and continued adherence to FAA Grant Assurances.
7. Costs to Martin County: $0.
