Both current leases will expire in November 2024. The selected vendor underwent a competitive procurement process under RFP-2024-3575.

• Purpose of the Agreement/Contract: Lease of a 75 Golf Cart Fleet with electronic GPS and module equipment provided by DLL Finance and Club Car awarded through RFP2024-3575

• Benefits to Martin County: Enables the County to provide a fleet of golf carts with GPS units at Sailfish Sands Golf Course
• Cost to Martin County: Golf Carts: total $429,515.52; and GPS: total $176,400. The funding is in the approved FY25 Golf Course Equipment Replacement CIP.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
RECOMMENDATION
Move that the Board approve the DLL Finance golf cart fleet lease agreement and the Club Car equipment rental agreement and authorize the County Administrator or designee to execute all documents related to this request.
ALTERNATIVE RECOMMENDATIONS
Programmatic Implication if not approved: The current fleet of golf carts will exceed the current lease and the golf carts will no longer be available by the end of 2024 due to lease expiration.
