BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

Fox McCluskey Bush Robison, PLLC, on behalf of Ted Glasrud Associates FL, LLC, has requested the release of Unity of Title affecting the subject property described as Lots 14 and 15, Section 2, of the Treasure Coast Commerce Center Two and Three Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 65, of the Public Records of Martin County, Florida. The subject property is located at 7261 SW Jack James Drive in Stuart, Florida.

A Unity of Title was recorded in 2018 by the subject property owners as part of the development of the residential storage facility at the site. This development was approved via a Minor Development Order, dated June 1, 2018, and recorded in Official Records Book 3012, Page 2948, of the Public Records of Martin County, Florida. The subject property owner desires to release the existing Unity of Title so that a new Unity of Title can be imposed upon the subject property that will allow the transition to the condominium form of ownership.
