BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

Section 420.9075 (10), Florida Statutes, requires each county to submit to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC) a report each year of its affordable housing programs and accomplishments. 2021/2022 SHIP funds are fully encumbered but have not been fully expended due to unforeseen delays in project completions.

ISSUES:

Due to unforeseen project delays, a submission extension has been granted from FHFC for the 2021/2022 SHIP grant close-out report, which will be brought forward for Board of County Commissioners approval once all encumbered funds have been spent.
