BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

This proposed Interlocal Agreement between Martin County Board of County Commissioners and the Village of Indiantown for the temporary provision of Building Official, Inspection, and Plan Review Services for one year of services with options to renew.  This interlocal results from an Administrative approval to provide temporary services, due to the Village of Indiantown’s previous building official, SafeBuilt, no longer providing building official services after March 31, 2024.  The Village of Indiantown will consider this Interlocal Agreement at their April 25th Village Council Meeting
