BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

 

Agreement/Contract drafted by: Martin County Board of County Commissioners.

                     Parties to the Agreement/Contract: City of Stuart and Martin County Board of County Commissioners.

                     Purpose of the Agreement/Contract: For the City of Stuart to provide a backup Emergency Operations Center (EOC).

                     New/Renewal/Modified: Renewal.

                     Duration: The terms of the agreement are for five years.

                     Benefits to Martin County: Ensures there is a backup facility that can be utilized to plan, prepare, and respond to a disaster should the County’s EOC be rendered unusable.

                     Cost to Martin County: No fiscal impact unless implemented.
