BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

The AIPP Program Manual updates focus on restructuring the manual for clarity, aligning program goals with current priorities, and enhancing transparency, efficiency, and compliance with relevant county procedures. These updates refine and clarify procedural language, streamline content and incorporate standardized forms and updated timelines.

This presentation will include a review of the FY 2026 Budget as well as an update on Program activities and projects.

The Public Art Advisory Committee (PAAC) reviewed and approved both the updated Program Manual and FY 2026 budget at its January 26, 2026 meeting.

This revised AIPP Program Manual and the FY 2026 Budget are now submitted to the BOCC for review and final approval.
