In association with its application for Revised Final Site Plan for the McArthur West Golf Club, McArthur Golf Club, L.L.C., a Delaware corporation, is proposing to provide, on County property, necessary stabilization, repair, and maintenance of the current access road, and installation of a traffic control device such as a stop sign in compliance with Martin County regulations at SE Circle Street, the eastern end of the Easement Premises, and the installation of a secured gate at the entrance to the Easement Premises at SE Circle Street. McArthur’s use of the Easement Premises shall be limited to service access for its employees, contractors, subcontractors, and deliveries to the McArthur west golf course and its maintenance facilities and shall not be available for public use and at all times provide access for emergency vehicles and county maintenance by means of access through a secured gate.
