On December 9, 2025, the Board approved the Martin Commerce Park PUD. As a condition of approval of the Martin Commerce Park PUD Zoning Agreement, Martin Commerce Park, LLC. agreed to facilitate the conveyance of 5.7 acres of vacant land to be utilized as a site for a Western Palm City Fire Station via Special Warranty Deed to Martin County.
Martin Commerce Park, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, has provided the required due diligence materials, and the Real Property Division has confirmed ownership of the property to be conveyed. The property is free from any mortgage encumbrances.
Section 139.31 and 139.32, General Ordinances, Martin County Code require that any conveyance of an interest in land to Martin County for any public purpose shall be accepted and approved by Resolution from the Board of County Commissioners of Martin County.

Move that the Board adopt a Resolution approving and accepting a Special Warranty Deed from Jesus House of Hope, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit, and authorize the Chair to execute all documents necessary to complete this project.
