BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

3.                     Purpose of the Easement: Submerged easement across submerged lands for a breakwater

This SSLE is required to construct the Hybrid Living Shoreline Project at Twin Rivers as the two breakwaters reside over state lands.  No other structures are permitted without the consent of the grantor on the submerged lands.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

 

RECOMMENDATION

Move that the Board approve the Sovereignty Submerged Lands Easement for the Breakwaters at Twin Rivers Park for the Hybrid Living Shoreline Project between TIITF and Martin County and authorize the Chairman to execute any and all documents necessary to complete this transaction.
