BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
Commissioner Vargas is appointing Ashley Froehling to be her representative on the Board of Zoning Adjustment and Jared Engskow to be her representative on the Local Planning Agency.
Administration Staff confirmed through the Supervisor of Elections Office that Mrs. Froehling and Mr. Engskow are Martin County registered voters who reside in Commission District 1 as required.
Administration staff will send Mrs. Froehling and Mr. Engskow Sunshine Law and Financial Disclosure information as required.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
RECOMMENDATION
1. Move that the Board confirm the appointment of Ashley Froehling and Jared Engskow to be the Commission District 1 representatives on the Board of Zoning Adjustment and Local Planning Agency respectively for a term to begin immediately and end November 2028.
2. Move that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolutions of Appointment.
