Acquisition Partners II, LLC (Sublessor)
3. Purpose of Agreement/Contract: Amend existing lease agreement to accommodate
new communications equipment

6. Benefits to Martin County: This item is part of the new County Line Radio Tower
project which will allow for greater communications in the South County area.
7. Cost to Martin County: $444.00 per month ($5,328.00 annually)
