BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
Section 420.9075 (10), Florida Statutes, requires each county to submit to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC) a report each year of its affordable housing programs and accomplishments. The 2021/2022 SHIP annual report came before the Board on October 8, 2024 as funds were fully encumbered but were not fully expended due to unforeseen delays in project completions. The 2021/2022 SHIP funds have subsequently been fully expended and this final report is being presented for approval for it to be submitted to FHFC.

RECOMMENDATION
1. Move that the Board approve the 2021/2022 SHIP Annual report.
2. Move that the Board authorize the Chair to sign the required report certification.
