                     None. All fees paid by applicant.

As a condition of approval of the plat for the Hunter Lake project, Hunter Lakes, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, has agreed to convey to the County, via Warranty Deed, a parcel of land with utility lift station as described on the plat as “Lift Station Tract”. A Bill of Sale has been provided and approved by the Utility Department for the constructed utility lift station. The Warranty Deed will be updated to include the Official Record Book and Page Number once the Plat is recorded.

The Applicant has provided the required due diligence materials and the Real Property Division has confirmed ownership of the property to be conveyed. There are no mortgages encumbering the lift station premises.

Sec. 139.31 and 139.32, General Ordinances, Martin County Code, requires that any conveyance of an interest in land to Martin County for any public purpose shall be accepted and approved by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Martin County.

RECOMMENDATION

Move that the Board adopt a Resolution approving and accepting the Warranty Deed from Hunter Lakes, LLC, a Florida limited liability company and authorize the Chairman to execute all documents necessary to complete this transaction.
