BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

McCarthy, Summers, Wood, Norman, Melby & Schultz, P.A., on behalf of James W. Self Jr. and Carla H. Self have requested the release of Unity of Title affecting the subject property described as Lots 21 and 23 of the St. Lucie Inlet Terrace Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 4 of the Public Records of Martin County, Florida. The subject property is located at 5032 SE Pompano Terrace, Stuart, Florida 34997.

A Unity of title was recorded through Martin County on August 5, 2016 (ORB 2871, Page 675) by the subject property owners, for the purposes of constructing an addition to the house and meeting setback requirements for an addition.

The property owners are no longer planning to construct the house addition and request to release the Unity of Title to sell the two individual lots of record.
