BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

The Board establishes the fees for development review and inspections by resolution for the Growth Management Department, the Fire Prevention Bureau, and the Engineering Services Division. The last time the Board adjusted fees was in 2016 with the adoption of Resolution 16-3.20.  Since fees have not been adjusted in 9 years, Staff is recommending an adjustment due to inflation and increased costs.
