The Real Property Division has confirmed ownership of the easement premises in Fork River Homeowners’ Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation.

 

There are no mortgages or encumbrances on the easement premises.

Sec. 139.31 and 139.32, General Ordinances, Martin County Code requires that any conveyance of an interest in the land to Martin County for any public purposes shall be accepted and approved by Resolution from the Board of County Commissioners of Martin County.

Move that the Board adopt the Resolution accepting and approving the Utility Easement conveyed by Fork River Homeowners’ Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation and authorize the Chair to execute all documents associated with this transaction.
