The renewal of the Interlocal Agreement includes a First Amendment to add E-Verify Employment Eligibility per 448.095 of Florida Statutes. Except as modified by this First Amendment, the Agreement remains unmodified and in full force and effect in accordance with the terms.

 

The Interlocal Agreement provides Martin County Fire Rescue and Martin County Sheriff Office personnel authorization to operate on the Palm Beach County radio system. Martin County Fire Rescue and Martin County Sheriff Office utilize the system regularly in performance of automatic response and mutual aid agreements, emergency situations and joint task force operations in Palm Beach County.
