The rights-of-way in Coral Lakes are privately owned by the Coral Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. and do not currently allow for the extension of public utilities. This Utility Easement will allow for the construction of such assets upon adoption of the resolution thereby creating the proposed Coral Lakes Municipal Service Benefit Unit, which will be presented to the Board by the Utilities & Solid Waste Department later this year.
