As a condition of approval of the Road Opening Permit ENG2024090010, In The Black, LLC, has provided a Warranty Deed for dedication of ROW along SW 50th Avenue, and CT Mino Properties LLC, has provided two Warranty Deeds for the dedication of ROW along SW 66th Street in Palm City. The Real Property Division has confirmed ownership of the parcels and they are not encumbered by mortgages.
Sec. 139.31 and 139.32, General Ordinances, Martin County Code require that any conveyance of an interest in land to Martin County for any public purpose shall be accepted and approved by Resolution from the Board of County Commissioners of Martin County.
Section 336.08, Florida Statutes, States the Board may designate the property as a public County Road by adoption of a resolution.

Move that the Board adopt a Resolution approving and accepting a Warranty Deed from In The Black, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and two Warranty Deeds from CT Mino Properties LLC, a Florida limited liability company, dedicating the property as right-of-way and authorize the Chair or designee to execute any and all documents necessary to complete this transaction.
