The ESC requested an Amended and Restated Public Purpose Lease Agreement seeking a lease term of twenty (20) years with one (1) additional five (5) extension.
The County owned site is currently not needed for County purposes and the lease is in compliance with Section 125.38, Florida Statutes. The ESC will run a self-supporting program and be responsible for all matters pertaining to the property, including but not limited to trash removal, insurance, and parking.
