Staff identified the need to acquire the property located at 4070 SE Salerno Road, in Port Salerno as additional greenspace for the community. The property abuts Salerno Creek, which leads to the Salerno Creek Retrofit STA and consists of just under 1 acre, containing a 914 sq ft structure, along with a detached garage and storage area.

Staff entered into a conditional contract in the amount of $604,375, with Christina Waldron Fortin, a single woman, for the purchase of the property. Staff has obtained two (2) app...
