BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
To provide the Agency with a CRA-wide, global view of the status of active projects and a placeholder
to introduce any new projects. The Agency needs to be informed as to the status of all active CRA
projects each month, giving members the current information they need when talking with the public
and their communities.
LEGAL SUFFICIENCY REVIEW:
This item has been reviewed for legal sufficiency to determine whether it is consistent with applicable
law, has identified and addressed legal risks, and has developed strategies for legal defensibility.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Hear the presentation and provide direction, as needed.
