As a condition of approval of Right-of-Way Use Permit ENG2023100012, MAM has provided a Special Warranty Deed, conveying dedicated right-of-way to Martin County on SW Newfield Parkway.
The Grantor has provided the required due diligence materials and the Real Property Division has confirmed ownership of the property to be conveyed. There are no mortgages encumbering the right-of-way premises.
Sec. 139.31 and 139.32, General Ordinances, Martin County Code, require that any conveyance of an interest in land to Martin County for any public purpose shall be accepted and approved by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Martin County.
Sec. 336.08, Fla. Stat. states the Board may designate the property as a public County road by adoption of a Resolution.
