This is a request by Bohler Engineering FL, LLC for approval of a revised major final site plan to construct an approximate 7,152 square foot, eight bay, Mavis Tires & Brakes store and associated infrastructure on an approximate 1.28 acres property located west of South Kanner Highway approximately 0.14 miles north of SW Salerno Road at 6410 S Kanner Highway in Stuart. Included is a request for a Certificate of Public Facilities Reservation.
