BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

In June 2022, Liberator Medical Supply, Inc. entered into a lease with the County for two buildings at the Martin County Airport / Witham Field. The lease expired on September 30, 2025 and provided for one, two-year extension. Liberator notified the County of its intent to exercise the extension but requested that one of the buildings be removed from the lease. The terms of the lease have been amended to remove the requested building, detail the maintenance duties of the parties, and update the rent and CAM schedules for the remaining two years.
