Architects Design Collaborative, LLC will present on behalf of the Boys & Girls Club of Martin County. This is a request for approval to add Section 12.5.04.7 to Division 5, Hobe Sound, to allow a maximum height of 60 feet for light fixtures for recreational facilities that are owned and operated as part of an institutional use, provided that all lighting complies with all other requirements of the Land Development Regulations and is designed and located to minimize stray light impact on adjacent properties and surrounding areas. We will be asking the Hobe Sound Neighborhood Committee for a recommendation of approval of this request.
