Julio A Mirabal and Jose Mirabal Fine Reduction Request

This Fine Reduction Stipulation and Agreed Recommended Order involves a parcel located at 9605 SW Adams St, Okeechobee, FL 34974, in Martin County, Florida.

On April 19, 2017, a Stipulation and Agreed Final Order was issued by the Code Enforcement Magistrate to Julio A. Mirabal and Jose Mirabal for the following violation(s): Section 105.1 Florida Building Code (FBC), Required, as incorporated by Section 21.1, General Ordinances, Martin County Code.

Compliance was required by July 19, 2017. On December 3, 2020, an Affidavit of Compliance/ Accrued Fines was issued reflecting an outstanding fine of $30,500.00. The agreed administrative costs in the amount of $350.00 were paid on February 18, 2018.
Staff has determined that a lien reduction is warranted. The respondent brought the property into compliance and have offered to pay $3,050.00 to resolve the outstanding fines which have accrued.
