BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

On December 9, 2025, the Board requested to amend the latest Resolution by changing the number of meetings held a year by the PRAB from 12 (twelve) meetings a year, to 4 (four) meetings a year. On January 6, 2026, the Board voted unanimously to postpone consideration of amending the Resolution in order to obtain input from the PRAB members. On January 15, 2026, at a regularly scheduled PRAB meeting, the PRAB members unanimously agreed, with a 7-0 motion, that the PRAB should meet 6 (six) times a year, every other month, on third Thursday of month, with the option to adjust the schedule at the discretion of PRAB, and that members shall not miss more than 3 meetings in a calendar year. The attached Resolution reflect the PRAB's recommendation.
