This is a request by Coastal Life Church, Inc., on behalf of Coastal Life Church for a proposed amendment to the county zoning atlas consistent with the existing agricultural ranchette future land use. The proposed amendment is to change the existing zoning district classification from A-2, Agricultural District to AR-5A, Agricultural Ranchette District, or the most appropriate zoning district. The approximate 49.64 acres property consists of one parcel located in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of SW Martin Highway and SW Martingale Drive approximately 0.5 miles east of Interstate 95 in Palm City.
