3. Purpose of the Agreement: To provide a mechanism for payment of costs associated with replacement of a water main in the South Sewall's Point area of Martin County

5. Duration: Until final completion of the project including all final reimbursements between Martin County and the Town of Sewall's Point
6. Benefits to Martin County: The combination of the Town of Sewall's Point Drainage and Resurfacing Project with the Martin County Water Main Replacement Project is more efficient than constructing two separate projects and minimizes the impacts of construction to the residents in the Project area.
7. Costs to Martin County: $1,417,482.01
The Town of Sewall's Point (Town) has budgeted for the design, permitting, and construction, including installation of drainage and resurfacing of roadways within its southern boundaries referred to as "South Sewall's Point". The County has water mains in the same location of the Towns drainage and resurfacing project that need replacement due to age and a history of breaks.
