As a condition of approval of a Revised Minor Master/Final Site Plan for the Hinckley Yachts project, Hinck Landlord (DE) Limited Partnership, a foreign limited partnership, has provided a Warranty Deed for 390 square feet of dedicated right-of-way at the corner of SE Robertson Road and SE Boatyard Drive in Stuart.
The Applicant has provided the required due diligence materials and the Real Property Division has confirmed ownership of the property to be conveyed. There are no mortgages encumbering the easement premises.
