This presentation will describe the construction of an approximately 4,551-square-foot one story office building and the demolition of the existing 4,113-square-foot building. An existing 3,033-square-foot building will remain, resulting in a total area of 7,584 square feet. The site is located at the northwest corner of SW Mapp Road and SW Thelma Street.
