(FCHC), to provide, adult primary care, immunizations, lab testing, maternity care services, pediatrics, dental services, and vaccinations at the Martin County Health Department (Health Department) located on Willoughby Boulevard in Stuart.

To ensure public access for health services.

Provide the public with a location for health services. Reimbursement of maintenance costs that would not occur if the Health Department provided the services.

FCHC and Florida Department of Health (FDOH) originally entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) in 2012 to provide primary and maternity care services that the Health Department was no longer able to provide at its Stuart location. In furtherance of the provisions of the MOA, Martin County entered into a lease agreement with FCHC for a portion of the Health Department's Stuart location, which is owned by Martin County.

FDOH no longer finds it necessary to enter the MOA with FCHC, due to the fact that FCHC no longer has a financial, operational, or reporting relationship with FDOH.
