This is a request by Extra Space Storage, for a Revised Major Final Site Plan to construct a two-story, 63,114-square-foot self-storage facility and the associated infrastructure on approximately 2.51 acres of currently outdoor storage space. The subject site is located at 1990 NW Federal Highway, just west of the Cedar Pointe Plaza, in Stuart. Included is a request for a Certificate of Public Facilities Reservation.
