PROCEDURES: Quasi-Judicial

BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

A review of Growth Management records and aerial images show this property as undeveloped prior to approximately 1975. Later images reveal the area was used for vehicular storage until approximately 1993 when a vehicular sales and service business including a small office/garage operated on the premises. In 2016, the office/garage building was demolished due to fire damage, and the property has remained vacant since 2018.

This matter is to be heard by the Local Planning Agency on November 5, 2026. The LPA’s recommendation will be forwarded to the Board.
