At a previous meeting, the Historic Preservation Board suggested initiating outreach to local historical and cultural organizations to invite them to attend a future Board meeting, introduce their organizations, and present their missions.Staff has prepared a draft invitation email for the Board’s review and approval. The intent is to strengthen relationships, increase awareness of preservation efforts across the county, and identify opportunities for coordination and collaboration.Following Board feedback and approval, staff will distribute the invitation along with the 2026 meeting schedule and coordinate presentations with interested organizations.
