The Jensen Beach CRA Plans calls for infrastructure improvements, which include increased parking to support the current and anticipated growth of the area. NE Church Street is located within the Jensen Beach CRA.
The Office of Community Development (OCD) wishes to finalize plans for the Church Street Redesign project (the "project") originally approved in 2022. Currently, only 40 feet of right-of-way exists on NE Church Street, and the project plans call for the construction of a yield street. Additional right-of-way is needed to complete this project.
