The Agency will receive a quarterly report on our marketing and communications efforts going forward. This new addition will be provided along with our customary report each quarter. This report covers the time period of July 2024 - October 2024.

BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
The Office of Community Development was approved for a Community Development Coordinator to join our staff in FY 2024. That professional position was filled in April 2024. The Community Development Coordinator is responsible for the Martin County Art in Public Places Program, the Historic Preservation Board and all the marketing and communications efforts for those two programs and the six CRA areas as well.
LEGAL SUFFICIENCY REVIEW:
This item has been reviewed for legal sufficiency to determine whether it is consistent with applicable
law, and legal staff have identified and addressed legal risks and developed strategies for legal defensibility, as applicable.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Request that the Agency hear the presentation and provide direction, as needed.
