EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:executive summary

body

BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

This project will utilize the BusinessFlare® Street Economics™ platform and the BusinessFlare® methodology that merges data, storytelling, and measurable outcomes. This approach delivers not only the technical metrics necessary, but also the narrative and visual tools that make those metrics meaningful to elected officials, stakeholders, investors and residents.

All six CRA districts will be benchmarked, analyzed, and visualized in a unified performance framework, with data sourced from Lightcast, CoStar, and Placer.ai, integrated and interpreted through the Street Economics AI platform.  Deliverables will include:

Real estate and market analytics (cap rates, rents, vacancies, value trajectories).

Consumer and mobility insights (foot traffic volumes, loyalty, dwell time, travel origins).

Fiscal and infrastructure metrics (TIF inflows, permits, infrastructure projects).

Visual storytelling assets (maps, heat layers, dashboards, comparative charts).

Case-specific redevelopment profiles (Mapp Road, Bridge Road, others)
