BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
Under the First Amendment of Lease between Precision Jet Center and Martin County, Precision Jet Center, LLC leases Parcels A-C-B at Witham Field and has completed construction of the new hangar on Parcels B and C, including the associated parking, ramp space, and stormwater drainage. Precision Jet Center, LLC also agrees to demolish the hangar on Parcel A within five years of the full execution of the First Amendment to the Lease.
Considering infrastructure-related challenges and prospective business opportunities, Precision Jet Center, LLC is requesting a three-year extension to the original five-year timeline to develop Phase 2 and demolish the hangar on Parcel A under the First Amendment. Precision Jet Center aims to ensure the best possible development of critical airport infrastructure, benefiting its employees, airport users, and the broader airport business community.
